Worst stylist had no idea what she was doing after reading notes not to cut short continues to cut shorter and shorter to try and cover up her mistake making it worse for me

Went in today to get my son a haircut I did not want to stay with him as he is over 18 it would be an hour and a half wait I asked could I pay and leave and let him wait for his haircut and was told no they couldn’t do that because they didn’t know who would be cutting his hair the haircuts are all the same price so that shouldn’t even matter so we went down the road to another hair shop and he got his haircut and I paid and left must be nice to lose business very disappointed my first time there he usually goes there I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone!!! Very POOR customer service!!

I checked in at the time I was given online (6:56). The stylist I selected had a 34 minute estimated wait. I sat an additional 30 minutes. I get that Tia couldn’t control the fact that the young man and his family kept her tied up for over an hour but the other 2 stylists had no clients. One of them could have at least offered to cut my hair. I find it TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL that no one even bothered to acknowledge I was there. Again, I sat there for over 30 minutes. It must be nice to have so much business that you can afford to run people off.
